Lynn Barr-Telford, Director General at Statistics Canada’s Health, Justice and Special Surveys, will present the awards at TD Bank’s “10 most influential Hispanic Canadians” on Tuesday, November 19 in Toronto. Barr-Telford will also release the latest ‘Profile of the Hispanic community in Canada’ based on the 2016 census. John Zimmerman, Director for Ontario at Global Affairs Canada, is providing due diligence in the judging process. Media across and community associations are invited to partner for this 13th edition of the awards. Tickets costs $50 per person if purchased before October 25 ($60 after).
The “10 most” is presented by TD Bank with the support of Copa Airlines, the Global University Systems, International Language School of Canada – ILAC, and Ryerson University. The event is run by the Canadian Hispanic Business Alliance, this year once again in cooperation with the Canadian Hispanic Congress and the most important community associations in Canada.
