Job Description – Associate, Commercial Real Estate LawyerOur client has an immediate opening for an Associate, Commercial Real Estate lawyer to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will have two to six years of commercial real estate experience and will assist clients in all areas of commercial real estate law. The ideal candidate will have superior client service and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational and project management skills. Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in all areas of commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial agreements and contracts, mortgages and financing, condominium development, conveyancing and other mortgage remedies. Provide support to the team and ensure deadlines are met. Participate in and support business development activities, including client relationship management. Education and Professional Skills/KnowledgeLL.B. or J.D. degree (or equivalent).Good standing with a Canadian Law Society.2-6 years of commercial real estate experience.Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
