The OBA is seeking a Senior Director of Policy & Stakeholder Relations to help guideour efforts in advocating for the profession, equality and inclusion, the rule of law,access to justice, and the effective delivery of justice. You will work with a team ofstaff lawyers and OBA members to develop policy across a variety of substantivepractice areas and sector issues and work with decision makers on implementation ofthose policy positions.

We are looking for someone with:
• Experience in government or an advocacy role in a member’s association
• Experience in a managerial capacity• Experience in advocacy and government relations campaigns.
• Established network of contacts at Queen’s Park
• Experience working with media and communications departments/functions
• Law Degree preferred
